STERLING L2A3 submachine gun

The Sterling has been the standard machine gun of the British Army since the end of World War II. The last variant produced is designated L2 A3. It forms the armament of specialists, radio operators, squad leaders, combat vehicle crews and drivers. In infantry combat units it is gradually being replaced by the SA80 assault rifle.

Between 1953 and 1988, a total of more than 400 000 units were produced. Sterling produced them at its factory in Dagenham for the British Armed Forces and for overseas sale, while the Royal Ordnance Factories at Fazakerley near Liverpool constructed them exclusively for the British Army.
 
Production ceased in 1988 with the closure of Sterling Armaments by British Aerospace/Royal Ordnance. The Chilean variant was produced by FAMAE as a PAF submachine gun, but differed externally. A variant called the Submachine Gun 9 mm C1 was also produced under licence in Canada by Canadian Arsenals Limited. It is made of pressed metal instead of cast metal and is capable of handling the C1 bayonet, which is only used in public display events, not for combat operations. A similar weapon, the Sub-Machine Gun Carbine 9 mm 1A1, was produced under licence from 1963 by the Indian Ordnance Factory in Kanpur, as was the Sub-Machine Gun Carbine 9 mm 2A1, produced from 1977. As of 2012, it is reported that at least 5,000 of these SMG submachine guns have been produced in India.

Střelba ze zbraní vlastního výběru - velice působivý a netradiční zážitek. Školení bezpečnosti prováděno vtipnou formou. Sympatičtí instruktoři dávají ke každé zbrani drobný výklad. Jistě budeme opakovat :) Děkujeme týmu a paní Kamile.

Velmi příjemný a akční zážitek, byli jsme překvapeni výběrem zbraní. Perfektí akce pro team building nebo adrenalinový dárek. Instruktoři příjemní a trpěliví. Neviděli jsme se naposled :o)

Kombinace profi a pratelskeho pristupu, individualni pristup ke kazdemu strelci, naprosto excelentni arzenal zbrani vcetne exotickych kousku, ze kterych si jinde nevystrelite jako napr Zastava M93 Black Arrow strilejici 50BMG. Rozhodne doporucuju!
