The Scorpion vz. 61 is a compact Czechoslovak submachine gun used by the security forces and the army since the 1960s. It was produced under the official designation Samopal vzor 61 by the Czech arms factory Uherský Brod between 1963 and 1979. In 2009, production of the Sa vz. 61 was resumed by Czech Small Arms.
